Where the project started
The client, a longtime Dubai Marina resident upgrading to a marina-view penthouse, wanted the raw shell turned into a home built for both daily living and hosting, without waiting through a slow, multi-contractor process.
How we delivered it
We began with a full technical survey and a joinery-led design language that carried through every room, from the entry console to the primary suite's wardrobe wall. Custom furniture and cabinetry were manufactured in our own workshop while the site team executed civil, MEP and finishing works in parallel, keeping the ten-week timeline intact. The terrace was treated as a fully specified room in its own right: weatherproof joinery, outdoor lighting and a built-in servery designed around how the client entertains.
