Where the project started
An owner-occupied JBR apartment needed a bathroom and living space refresh that met the building's strict approval requirements, without the resident having to vacate for the full renovation period.
How we delivered it
We prepared and submitted the required building documentation before any site works began, then phased the renovation so key living areas stayed usable for as long as possible. Custom joinery was fabricated off-site and installed in short, scheduled windows to minimise disruption, with finishes matched to the client's palette across both the bathroom and living space.
